Shipping policy

Furniture: Our furniture shipping is calculated at a flat rate, which is generally sufficient for most deliveries. In some cases — such as regional or remote locations, or when ordering multiple bulky items — additional freight charges may apply. If this occurs, we’ll contact you before finalising your order to confirm any changes or discuss delivery options. If you’d prefer a shipping quote prior to checkout, please contact us.

Mirrors: Our mirrors calculate a flat rate shipping fee. In some cases, if the delivery address is in a regional or remote area, there may be additional shipping charges that will need to be paid. We will always contact you to discuss additional charges or unavailable delivery areas before finalising your order. If you would prefer a shipping quote before placing your order, please contact us.

All other shipping:

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 via a courier service. Free shipping applies to any order over $150 (excluding furniture and bulky items). Orders are dispatched from our Camp Hill store in Queensland.

We usually ship within 1-5 business days depending upon stock availability. A high majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your order you will be advised.

We send your delivery by the nominated courier service. Upon dispatch you will be notified via email that your order has been sent and tracking information.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Furniture Delivery times:
Delivery for furniture can be expected between 1-2 weeks, this can vary depending on carriers' schedule etc. Please contact us to discuss this further if required. 

Please be mindful when selecting a shipping address as we are not always able to re-direct once goods have been dispatched. Please note re-direction may include addition shipping cost at customers expense. 

Some regional or remote areas may attract an additional delivery fee, we will contact you to confirm this. If we are unable to deliver to you (i.e. if you are in a remote area) we will let you know ASAP and refund your order in full.

PLEASE NOTE - It is important that you inspect the items when the delivery arrives. If there are obvious signs of damage to outer packaging, do not accept delivery or sign for receipt and please email us at info@hamptonsavenue.au

PLEASE NOTE - Any delivery driver/services are not an employee of Hamptons Avenue and therefore we do not have control over their service. We will work with any customer who has issues with their delivery to attempt to come to a positive outcome for all involved.
