Furniture: Our furniture shipping is calculated at a flat rate, which is generally sufficient for most deliveries. In some cases — such as regional or remote locations, or when ordering multiple bulky items — additional freight charges may apply. We usually ship within 1-5 business days depending upon stock availability. A high majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your order you will be advised.
We send your delivery by the nominated courier service. Upon dispatch you will be notified via email that your order has been sent and tracking information.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
